Cody Carrete joined NW Estate Law after a decade of work with government agencies focused on services for seniors and people with disables. Cody has a passion for learning and sharing his knowledge.  This is apparent in his vast understanding of the Medicaid rules and their application to our client’s needs.  During his time at Oregon Department of Human Services and Kern County Department of Human Services, Cody made it his mission to take on difficult cases with a fair and balanced approach.  He brings that same passion to our clients at NW Estate Law.  Cody leads the Medicaid and long-term care department for NW Estate Law and assists with probate and trust administration in Washington and Oregon. His steady, grounding manner coupled with his dedication make him a truly valuable resource to our clients.
