NW Estate Law, LLC
Planning for your Life, your Livelihood, your Legacy

Meagan earned her Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law. Her practice has spanned family law, civil litigation, insurance defense, probate, estate planning, and guardianship and conservatorship matters, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the legal issues that affect families in every stage of life.
Meagan's work in family law meant sitting with clients through some of the most emotionally difficult moments of their lives, and it taught her how much clarity and preparation matter when a family is under stress. Her probate experience added another layer to that understanding, because she has seen how helpful a clear estate plan is for the people left behind after someone passes away, giving them the space to grieve. Meagan also understands the importance of knowledgeable and organized guardians and conservators who care for the vulnerable. She provides practical counsel for effective service in those incredibly important roles.
These experiences drew Meagan to estate planning, a practice area that is proactive and forward-thinking rather than reactive. Meagan works closely with each client to craft a plan tailored to their unique circumstances and goals, so their wishes are clearly documented, their loved ones are protected, and they can move forward with confidence.
Originally from Idaho, Meagan is new to Oregon and has been loving her time in the Pacific Northwest so far. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the movies, thrifting for dishware, and taking walks with her husband.
